Frequently asked questions
Is an account required?
No. The RCC Stack Tracker does not require registration, a login, or personal information.
Can Richard’s Coin Corner see my holdings?
No. Holdings are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to Richard’s Coin Corner.
Does the Stack Tracker work offline?
After the application has been loaded successfully, many features can continue working offline. Live market-price updates require an internet connection.
How are updates installed?
Updates are downloaded when the application reconnects to the internet. Refreshing or reopening the tracker may be required before an update appears.
Can I move my stack to another device?
Yes. Download a JSON backup on the original device, open the tracker on the new device, and use Restore Backup to import it.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Your locally stored stack may be deleted. A recent JSON backup can be used to restore it.
Does the tracker provide financial or tax advice?
No. The RCC Stack Tracker is provided for personal recordkeeping and informational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice.
