A Special Order allows customers to purchase selected gold and silver products at pricing based on current supplier availability and market conditions. Items are ordered specifically for the customer after payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Special Orders provide access to selected products that may not be held in local inventory. Pricing may differ from locally stocked inventory based on supplier availability, shipping costs, and market conditions.

Estimated delivery times are based on supplier processing, shipping method, and past delivery experience to Okinawa. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of Richard’s Coin Corner’s control.

Special Orders are purchased specifically for the customer. Full payment is required before an order can be submitted to a supplier. Customers who prefer immediate availability may purchase from current in-stock inventory when available.

No. Once a Special Order has been submitted to a supplier, the order is final. Due to precious metals market volatility, cancellations, returns, refunds, or changes of mind cannot be accepted after an order has been placed.

Yes. Tracking information will be provided when available from the supplier or shipping carrier.

If a supplier cannot fulfill an order, Richard’s Coin Corner may offer an alternative product or issue a refund.

Special Orders currently require a minimum order value of $200 and are limited to a maximum order value of $2,000 per transaction, based on the quoted order total before payment. Richard’s Coin Corner reserves the right to modify these limits at any time based on business needs, supplier availability, and market conditions.

Payment must be received and confirmed before an order will be placed.

Unsolicited bank transfers or payments sent without prior communication may be rejected or refunded. Refunds may be subject to fees incurred by Richard’s Coin Corner.
